Welcome to AIMday Civic AI and HealthTech

The University of Liverpool will host AIMday Civic AI and HealthTech on 2nd October 2024 at the Civic Health Innovation Labs (CHIL) situated in the Liverpool Science Park. This event is in collaboration with CHIL, Mental Health Research for Innovation Centre (M-RIC), Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and the Growth Platform.

What is AIMday?

AIMDay (Academic and Industry Meeting Day) is a workshop where questions submitted by an external organisation are discussed along with expert academics in the field.

Any collaborations that are developed on the day will have the opportunity to apply for exclusive funding offered by the University of Liverpool.

AIMDay Civic AI and HealthTech

Civic AI and HealthTech represent a rapidly evolving field that has the potential to revolutionise healthcare and transform civic engagement by improving patient treatments, streamline healthcare processes, and promote equitable access to quality care. This event will explore research and collaboration in relation to development, adoption and implementation of civic AI, digital health data and health technologies.

The AIMday will aim to combine intelligence to facilitate translational HealthTech research and the role AI and technologies could play in advancing our understanding of how mental, physical, and social conditions are interlinked, bringing together industry specialists to propose real-world challenges and their potential solutions within this space.

Our Expertise

The AIMday will bring together experts from Health & Life Sciences, Science & Engineering and Humanities & Social Sciences. Our expertise includes but is not limited to:

How to participate

Please register your attendance at the AIMday Civic AI & HealthTech by submitting your question(s) on the registration page for organisations by 16th July 2024.
