AIMday™ Sustainable Aeronautics is a workshop where industry groups meet University of Waterloo’s professors to discuss developing new innovations and methodologies with a focus on sustainable aviation fuels and clean fuel technologies, modelling, simulation tools and digital twin applications, sustainable air traffic management planning and best practices, optimization of airport equipment, crew, airspace capacity, and flight operation, AI and machine learning principles to improve customer experience, safety, and efficiencies in aviation, human factors research including educational technologies and the future of the aviation profession.
