Welcome to AIMday™ Sustainable Energy in Transportation and Grid Modernization!
This AIMday™ event is on Wednesday, November 22nd, hosted on the University of Waterloo main campus.
AIMday™ Sustainable Energy in Transportation and Grid Modernization is a workshop where industry get the chance to discuss their research challenges related to the transition to sustainable energy and grid modernization with leading experts from the University of Waterloo. Ahead of the event, the participating organizations submit their identified challenges in the form of questions. Workshop teams are then put together to discuss the challenges and possible solutions.
At this AIMday, workshop teams will discuss the submitted questions in the following categories:
- Energy storage
- Alternative fuel sources
- Electric vehicles
- Grid integration
- Smart technologies
- Infrastructure modernization
How to participate:
- Identify your current and future challenges in the categories listed
- Register your organization for the event, and submit the challenges in the form of questions no later than Friday, October 20, 2023
- Join us at the AIMday at the University of Waterloo, Wednesday, November 22, 2023
Registration is free, but your organization must submit at least one question that you wish to discuss with University researchers to participate. We look forward to your contributions and interesting and stimulating discussions.
Important dates:
- Participating organizations register and submit challenges no later than Friday, October 20, 2023.
- Registration for academic researchers opens on Monday, October 23, 2023.
- Event takes place on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
