Examples of questions

At AIMday Transport 2013, you and your organisation have the unique opportunity to discuss your specific issues with scientists in areas related to transport.
The questions can be made very wide or very narrow. We do not put any restrictions on the question formulation and the only one who decides about the character of the question is you and your company or organisation.

Here are some examples of questions from a previous AIMday:

  • How much energy can we save in new and old buildings by modern window technology and how does it affect indoor comfort?
  • Theoretically, how many inhabitants should a sustainble Swedish city consist of from the ecological, social, cultural and economic perspectives?
  • How would it be possible to assess the quality of waste from constructions in order to reuse or recycle the waste streams?
  • In local plants for biogas production by digestion; should you use mesophilic or thermophilic conditions in the digester to maximize the energy integration possibillities with the surrounding built environment?
  • What material parameters for stainless steel determines the adhesion to other materials?
  • How does grain size influence on the corrosion behavior of Cu-alloys?
  • How much energy can we save in new and old buildings by modern window technology and how does it affect indoor comfort?
